Welcome to our home.
We are a country family that lives and ranches in rural Northeast Oklahoma, near Pryor. We are within an hours drive from Kansas, Missouri and Arkansas. Texas is only a 4 hour drive away. My husband is owner/operator of a recycling business. I am a retired high school science teacher, 29 years, who now teaches biology & chemistry as an adjunct at a local junior college. I have an Animal Science degree from
Oklahoma State University and a masters from Mississippi State University, my husband has an Agriculture Education degree from Oklahoma State University. We have 2 sons. Our oldest graduated from OSU with a major in electrical engineering. Our youngest graduated from OSU a degree in Biosystems and Agricultural Engineering. My husband and I continue to be active with our local FFA chapter. We have horses, cattle and of course our Labradors. Our family has always loved animals and each and every animal on the place has a name and is a pet. We have been raising quality champion and Kellogg lineage Labrador Retrievers for 34 years. If you get a puppy from us you can be sure that it has been loved, played with and thoroughly spoiled before you ever get a chance to spoil it. We love taking our dogs on walks in the hills behind the house and playing fetch with them. The dogs and I go on walks through our pastures to check cows and fence almost every day as well as swimming and fetching in the ponds. All are worked out on duck and quail decoys as well as real birds. Our Labrador puppies get plenty of explore time and are encouraged to follow their noses. The pups will be exposed to following and going after a thrown object and may even be retrieving some before you take your new family member home. We established four duck habitats for working and hunting our dogs here in Northeast Oklahoma as well as promoting the health of the migratory duck population. We have Kellogg, field champion, hunt test champions and pointing champion bloodlines in our females. Our males have a long list of champions in their bloodlines, check out Colt and Ty’s pedigrees. Colts pedigree includes FC AFC Way-Da-Go Call of the Wild and Wyldfire’s High Tech CFO MH. Ty’s pedigree includes FC AFC Wings Magic’s Louisiana Roux MH and AFC Ten Bears Road Trip. Check out our dam’s pedigrees on their pages. All of our female Labradors carry the pointing gene. All of the dogs have been worked on living and non-living birds such as ducks and quail and most have been used in the field. They love everything about it. All of our dogs are avid retrievers and love the water. Our Labradors are AKC papered. We hunt ducks in some beautiful bottom land here in Northeast Oklahoma and our quail and pheasant we find in western Oklahoma, western Kansas, and sometimes Texas.
